Natasha Bee, Counselling, Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy in Chelmsford, Essex

Tasha and P.A.T. Dog Duke

I am a successful, integrative (counselling, psychotherapy and hypnotherapy) therapist based in Great Baddow, which is a short drive from Chelmsford town centre and served by local transport. I have 15 years experience in mainstream and special needs education and I am highly experienced in providing support to young people suffering emotional and behavioural difficulties.

My specialist areas include working with young people, who may be experiencing issues around their education, bullying, sexuality, exam stress, self-harm, may seem depressed or might need a confidence boost.

I also feel I have particular expertise and experience with couples/ relationship/ marriage counselling, anxiety issues and confidence building. I have successfully worked with addictive habits and behaviours (such as smoking, gambling and drinking), decreasing stress, anger management, fears, phobias, enabling clients to move on before, during or after difficult times such as a bereavement, divorce or house/job move. I use a combination of counselling, psychotherapy and hypnotherapy tailored to suit each client to achieve this.

I excel in creating a safe space for clients to explore their past and present issues whilst increasing feelings of being more in control, inner calm, confidence, health, relaxation, inner peace communication skills and being who you want to be. I believe very strongly in the power of the individual and will work with you to find your own empowerment.

I offer supervision to qualified or student therapists/ counsellors.

  • My theoretical orientation is integrative with humanistic philosophy.

  • As a potential supervisee, I will expect that you will be a member of a professional organisation (student membership is fine where appropriate) and abide by its ethical framework, and that you will have current professional indemnity insurance.

  • I am accredited with BACP and can guide newly qualified therapists/ counsellors through this process.

  • Supervision fees are £60 per 90 minute session.

  • Supervision sessions can be via telephone or face to face.
